PRENATAL LACTATION EDUCATION AND PLANNING

Set yourself up with the knowledge you need before baby arrives. Learn about building your milk supply, the basics of latching your baby, how certain health issues may affect lactation, when to call for help and how to assess that your baby is getting enough milk and much more. Prenatal appointments are especially encouraged for anyone who has had breast/chest surgery, may have concerns with their nipple anatomy, previously struggled to feed older children, hormonal conditions (PCOS, infertility, thyroid, etc.) or anyone who wants to be well prepared for nursing after birth.
