INSURANCE

For Pump Bar Visits an additional $45 cleaning and sterilization fee is required to ensure the equipment we offer is maintained at the highest standards

Insurance only covers visits if the
parent is lactating or pregnant.

Most insurance plans cover prenatal and postnatal lactation support, counseling, and equipment with no cost sharing by the individual insured per the
2010 Affordable Care Act (ACA).

However, ACA coverage requirements are not detailed and unfortunately leave room for different interpretations
and variation by the insurance companies.

If your insurance company is not listed below, Milk In Motion can still help! Payment will be collected at time of service and a super bill will be provided so you can submit for reimbursement.
